Piercing or Tattoo?

I am in need of something that falls into the line with using needles.

I want to get my lip pierced, but I don't know if I should do the bottom lip or a monroe... And for the tattoo, I just want to add on to my previous tattoos on my ribs.

    OK, so monroe wins, but I heard that it hurts. Lol. I'm going to have to prepare myself for this one. In the mean time, I might get a tattoo. =]

    I'm actually the opposite. I say the lower lip, rather than monroe. I actually have a video up about it now.

    But I'm ALWAYS for tatts. :D
